Our clients goals and objectives:

Our client Pental Surfaces began in 1999 with just a few selections of granite slabs, and has since grown into one of the largest wholesale tile and stone distributors in the Western US. They had four other locations and they wanted to introduce the new Denver showroom (as their fifth location) and all products to guests, along with showcasing their brand recognition and for clients to “meet the staff”. They wanted to be taken as a serious player in Denver, and we achieved that for them.

The event was high end, 1200 guests were invited. We created the ambiance utilizing several elements starting with using in house granite to divide sections of the warehouse which encouraged guests to walk down our path to view isle of products. Our caterers are know for excellence across the food industry and their food was beautifully displayed in the warehouse and included three stations – Short Rib & Polenta, Crudite with Avocado Ranch or Green Goddess Dressing, and a Super Food Salad or Red Quinoa Salad. In the warehouse was a second bar and photo booth, along with guests tables, strategically placed to encourage more viewing of the companies products. We had the main bar in the showroom with cocktail tables dressed in silver crinkle taffeta table linen, and bartenders offered a full bar and a signature drink to guests as they arrived at the door. Utilizing both the showroom and warehouse allowed guests to view all of the Pental products, and to meet the staff. Guests delighted in a dessert station before the night ended to include Chocolate Mousse Dessert Shooters, Orange Mousse Dessert Shooters and Cheescake Bon Bons accompanied with soft piano music. The owners, who came in for the event from India were extremely happy.
